    Terms and Conditions Of Booking

    Thank you for your interest in attending this year's Newport Christmas Market.

    Access for set-up of stalls is from 6.30am and strictly via Lower Bar only for safety reasons. Attempting to access the site from any other point will result in you being diverted back to the agreed access point.

    All vehicles MUST have vacated the site no later than 9.30am - additional charges will apply if this is not adhered to.

    The standard stall price is for a 3x3m pitch. Please accurately choose which size pitch you need on the day. Space is limited at our events and any traders that arrive and require a pitch larger than that agreed and paid for will be required to pay an additional fee or may be turned away from the event, without any refund provided.

    You must bring your own gazebo/awning, tables and chairs where needed, along with the correct weights for any gazebo for safety reasons.

    NO POWER is provided on site - if you require power, you must provide this yourself via a diesel generator (NOT petrol).

    Full payment is to be made via online banking (see details at the end of the form). If an alternative method of payment is required, please contact either Paul Syrda on 07943 022322 or Maria Wilkinson on 07854 082395.

    Your stall space will not be confirmed until payment is made in full. Please make payment at the time of filling in this form via BACS to the acocunt details below.

    No refunds are available and stall fees must be paid in advance. Your space will not be confirmed until payment is received - we will not be accepting payment on the day.

    When making payment, please use part of your business name alongside 'XM23' as the reference.

    Please email newporteventscompany@mail.com once payment has been made to allow us to confirm the money has been received.

    All insurance, hygiene certificates and alcohol licences must be provided in advance and also be available on the day, as spot checks are likely to be made by Telford and Wrekin Council's licencing teams. We will also need to check all your insurance documents prior to allowing access to the event.

    If your stall requires power, you must provide this yourself via a diesel generator (NOT petrol).

    Rubbish and Recycling

    We ask your help in keeping Newport tidy and litter free by taking all your rubbish and recycling with you. You are NOT permitted to use the public waste points or our event bins for commercial waste. Any commercial waste found in those points will be chargeable.
